Brook M. Thibault is the owner of The Coastal Virginia Law Firm and a seasoned Virginia Beach trial attorney representing clients in divorce, child custody, visitation, family law, appeals, criminal defense, and related matters throughout Virginia. Since entering private practice, Brook has devoted more than a decade to litigating divorce, custody, and visitation disputes. His day-to-day practice has placed him in the courtroom handling contested family-law matters, navigating complex divorces, and advocating for parents and children during some of the most difficult and consequential periods of their lives. Brook understands that a divorce or custody case is not simply a legal proceeding. His corporate legal work included commercial real estate transactions, transportation and maritime matters, and international asset-search and collection issues.
